What does AMIDA sell?

AMIDA offers digital planners and downloadable planning resources.

How will I receive my digital planner?

After your order has been processed, delivery or download instructions will be sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

How long does physical delivery take?

For products requiring physical shipment, orders are shipped via FedEx and delivery within Germany takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Digital products are delivered electronically.

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We offer free returns within 30 days.

How long does a refund take?

After approval, a full refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

I haven't received my digital product. What should I do?

Please check your spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered email folders.

Can I share my digital planner?

No. Digital planners are intended for personal use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

Can I use the planner commercially?

Unless a specific commercial license is provided, our digital planners are intended for personal use only.

Which applications can I use with the planner?

Compatibility depends on the file format and application. We recommend checking that your preferred PDF annotation or note-taking application supports the product before use.
