Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery
For orders requiring physical delivery, orders are shipped via FedEx.
Delivery within Germany takes approximately 3–5 business days.
For digital planners, delivery or download instructions are provided electronically to the email address entered during checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If you have not received your digital delivery information or physical order within the applicable delivery timeframe, please contact our customer-support team.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
