30-Day Free Return
We offer a free return period of 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To request a return or refund, please contact our support team within 30 days and provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- The reason for your request
Full Refund
Once an eligible refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Digital Products
AMIDA sells digital planners and downloadable products.
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded electronically, refunds may depend on whether the digital product has already been accessed or downloaded and on applicable consumer-protection requirements.
If you receive an incorrect product, experience a technical problem, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us. We will review the issue and assist you.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
For payments made through PayPal, the refund will generally be processed through PayPal.
